Cotechino e lenticchie: rolled minced pork leg with lentils, carrots and celery broth

Cape sante: pan sired Scallops, crispy pancetta with pea and mint pure

Main

Maiale: roasted pork belly stuffed with apple, vegetables and mixed herbs, mixed vegetables & gravy

Risotto Asparagi: Arborio rice risotto with asparagus, gorgonzola cheese, truffle and parmesan shavings

Spigola: pan fried sea bass fillet with with asparagus, cherry tomato and saffron sauce served with mixed vegetables

Agnello arrosto roasted lamb with mixed vegetables garlic & rosemary sauce

Desserts

To choose from- Panettone Bread and butter pudding with custard

Panettone tiramisu- Forest fruit cheese cake- Lemon sorbet or mixed ice cream
